At MyQuranicTutor, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent learning experience. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Delayed Start of Classes

If MyQuranicTutor is unable to commence classes within 5 working days of the agreed schedule, the student will receive a full refund of the submitted fee.

2. Cancellation Requests

We aim to keep our refund process simple and fair for our students:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official support address.
  • Students may also notify us by phone through our support line; however, formal processing will only begin once we receive a written request from the email address used during registration.

3. Refund Timeline Based on Request Date

80% Refund

Within 1 Week

Within 1 week of fee payment: Eligible for an 80% refund of the submitted fee.

50% Refund

After 1 Week, Within 2 Weeks

After 1 week but within 2 weeks of fee payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the submitted fee.

No Refund

After 2 Weeks

After 2 weeks of fee payment: Refund requests will no longer be accepted.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Payment will be issued through a mutually agreed method between MyQuranicTutor and the student.
